So it's a matter of pronunciation! But imho the best transliteration systems are those focusing on a correct transliteration, regardless of the pronunciation, like the s.c. "international" one - otherwise every country will use (as it often happens, unfortunately) different translits, making it too confusing...
So after all I still think that "
Olga Gonchar" would have been more correct transliteration-wise, even though "
Ol'ha Honchar" is more precise pronunciation-wise...
