Btw, judging by that site, her name in cyrillic appears to be Ольга Гончар, therefore it should be translitered as "Olga Gonchar"
p.s.
"Ol'ga" would be more correct, but the name "Olga" is so familiar that it's generally used instead of the more correct version - like it happens with the names "Natalia" (while the correct translit would be "Natal'ja/Natal'ya") and "Tatiana" (while the correct translit would be "Tat'jana/Tat'yana")
