Yes me too! I've been searching everywhere, I believe the 2nd pic is from Japan Harper's Bazaar June or July 09, there are two more pics in post #194. The third picture mentioned the photograhers name, so I searched his site and no pics were there I'm downloading Madame Figaro June 09, hopefully she's there, fingers crossed

Olivia worked for SPUR several times (including the cover of course) as well as Elle, Figaro, Harpers Bazaar, Dazzle, Gisele, and advertising for the likes of Takashimaya & Mary Quant shot in March.
