Taking a metaphorical trip to the wilds of 17th-century North America for his whimsical — but still sophisticated — collection, Osman Yousefzada showed silhouettes featuring hand-drawn patterns of Pocahontas, raffia fringing and lots of draping and cape details. He worked elbow-length capes onto short raspberry or black dresses with cutout shoulders, and draped fabric down one arm of another cutout dress.

Repeating Pocahontas faces came on boxy top-and-trouser combinations and on belted cotton dresses, while an abstract arrow motif popped on a black-and-white cashmere coat. The arrow also inspired a black liquid evening gown with an angular metallic leather panel at the front.
