thigh high boots are the best, I have a few pairs and I wear them a lot usually with jeans. as previously said they are imposing so u'd want to wear a simple top with them. I never wore them with a skirt, fearing that that would be too much but then again worn with the right skirt ( right length) I'm sure they'll look good too. Many times I saw girls pairing them with minis and one word was popping in my head ...cheap
