The Lanvins are obviously amazing, but hardly practical. I'm actually leaning towards the Via Spigas at this point, but do you think they'll work in the Spring? Or should I invest in a pair that are quirker, perhaps with a bolder hue, like these blue patent laceups from Erotokritos?

I saw a really adorable pair of brown oxfords at Forever 21 today. If I were to get some I'd be willing to invest in a really well-made, moderately expensive pair, but these were actually pretty decent.

yeah, the Lanvins are a total statement piece, one which I've not entirely ruled out, but for an everyday pair, the Spigas appeal to me the most now. They are sexy, but streamlined and classy. I'm afraid the Dolce Vitas have a bit chunkier of a heel than I like (seems more junior high school then ironic take on English prep). I do know that chunkier heels are in again, though. Hmm...
I wonder if Gwen will be selling the colorful peeptoe oxfords from her SS08 collection? I really did like those...
