Paco Rabanne F/W 2023.24 Paris

Heavy as usual (and ironically the metal dresses look lighter than the print ones)...the floral prints are hideous; and the Dalí ones look like they are available in a museum gift shop.
Oh my ! That’s those I like the best, the floral lace ones move so beautifully, and the Dali ones are a nice departure. At least that’s what I thought.

I like it. Julien proved that he understands the spirit of Paco and he knows how to update the archives to the current times. I like the Dali prints, especially the dress on Jade Nguyen. And the silver feather dress (look 26) looks beautiful in motion. And the last archive dresses added a nice touch to the collection
And MAS did a great job with the styling, it feels very cohesive and straightforward.

I would love for Julien to do a full-on tribute to Paco Rabanne next season. I feel like most of the collection is already finished by the time the news broke, so he can only add the archival pieces to the collection as a last-minute gesture.
