Paltrow to play Dietrich

I could have sworn that Kevyn Aucoin made her over into Marlene in his book "Making Faces" for some reason.

I remember the one where he transformed her into James Dean... that was pretty impressive...

I do think Tilda Swinton would make a great Marlene, completely independent of my love for her, and my bias in her favor

I'm kinda indifferent towards biopics as I don't watch most biopics, but I don't see any harm of it if it's done right, with no blatant inaccuracies, and with good actors who somewhat look the part and inhabit their characters with credibility.

As for Marlene Dietrich, I think Uma Thurman would be marvelous in the role. She's got the looks and the acting chops to boot.
