I'm not very familiar with this designer but I thought I'd add him anyway.
i quite like some of his pieces, like the ruffled blouse/dresses but his Theyskens/rochas experimenting (b&w tent dress) is a bit forced
he may turn out to something quite interesting.
thanks for bringing him to our attention astrid
I think he's a promising new talent, but I think it's a bit too derivative. I saw flashes of Prada S/S 2001, Rochas F/W 2003, and Olivier Theyskens S/S 2002.
he is good, i really liek it, I could see people buying this, but it dosnt have a clear clear direction and its not that orginal.
it's alright. Some nice simple pieces that are actually quite wearable. he will be interesting to watch
I do like some of it...though I see the influences of theyskens creeping in. but overall it's not bad.
yeah, way too theyskens influenced.
i forgot to mention how much i dislike his choice of white heels with everything
I like the colors used and some very wearable pieces but, yes, there is a big Rochas/Theyskens influence here that throws the collection right overboard, IMO.
Thanks, Astrid !
I think he's listening to his calling ... it's a very good collection ... though it doesn't entirely convinces me ... like if he held himself....
once again, its not a bad collection, but its nothing worth celebrating
