I do like the upper part of the dress on her, she does have the body to pull that of, but I realy would've liked something attached to it, like that it's a bit boring. And I really don't like the hair

I don't like the blonde highlights... I think they make her look old (or too "trying to look young but doesn't"). But then again - I never like dark haired women with blonde highlights, I often think it looks cheap [of course, Penelope is beuaitful nevertheless, but oh well... ]

i love her hair - they look so long, healthy, shiny and full - i wish i had hair like that ! i just don't like the styling of the hair at the front - it is very 80's - looks like put up around her head with too much hairspray but the back of the hair looks great!!!!

I love her look at the Goya! That dress is AMAZING, not everyone can wear a white dress like that one and look so good! Her hair and make-up are beyond gorgeous and finally she's no longer that tanned like at the Golden Globes or the Sag!
