I can't believe in what my eyes are seeing! I had high expectations for Pe, but the dress is terrible. The hair is an exception, the rest....no way!

Not loving how she looked last night; the dress is nothing out of the ordinary, and the color is ok. It looks was worse when she's standing on the red carpet, the color of the carpet just sucks the richness of the fabric's color.

Penelope Cruz, while not quite Teen Vogue's typical demographic, always looks so gorgeous that I can't not share her deets! Here's the step-by-step from legendary hairstylist Oribe!
"All of the elements were already there, from a beautiful movie star to a beautiful dress, so we wanted to go with less is more and keep the hair simple and chic. To get the look,

1.Blow dry hair so it's dry but don't worry about making it too perfect.
2.Use a 1 1/2" inch curling iron to curl the entire head.
3.Brush out the curls well and spray Oribe Imperméable or an anti-humidity spray to set the style and prevent frizz.
4.Pull hair in a knot and separate the knot to balance the head.
5.Pull out small tendrils around the face and neck to soften the look."

She was glowy and beautiful, as always, at Oscars, but her dress didn't impress. It really resembles me to her 2009 Oscar dress, or maybe 2008. IIt was just more puffy and creamy color.
