I think she must be just bloated because of the high pregnancy. I've never heard anyone mentioning anything about her taking botox or lip colagen or anything. Do you have any information on that?

i like how natural she is. i hate it when pregnant celebrities run around dolled up. there are more important things than looking good or sexy, even if you're famous (and thank god it's that way!).
