Ew!! Never in my life have I seen such trashy casting, are these even real models or partygoers? Of course the clothes are thrashy, but so is the brand.
Denim styles look elegant, the Patchwork, loose jeans silhouettes are nothing more than the follow back of recent fashion trend. Though I still prefer the skinny over loose fit.
It looks really cheap in terms of quality...
You can do eurotrash and use quality fabrics and beautiful details. Dsquared used to be like that...Tacky while being tastefully made.
Plein has the money to buy his credibility (Carine Roitfeld), he should invest more in the design...
The whole collection seems to be a mix of Gucci, Gucci, Gucci , than Little bit from D&G and Moschino, the overknies, are they similar to Balmain or i mistake? And this all little bit pepped with streetstyle and Philip Plein's own name as print ( again Gucci, the jeans and jackets with panter print?!)
The biggest problem I always have with Plein is that he makes luxury-trashy look just nasty and trashy. There were people done it right before but his stuff don't look well-made nor designed. I mean some high street brands copy Gucci better than his.
