:D

Please post if you have some images. I heard Proenza Schouler used to do his work at the basement of his parent's home with a really old machine. :flower:

Right now I am working in a space about 5feet by 5feet on an old kitchen table. It is sooo frustrating because I have to move the sewing machine to the floor to use the serger and vice versa. Plus it is impossible to keep such a tiny area clean. I have a deal with my husband that if I am earning a living off of this in 6 months I get to take over the second bedroom that we currently use for his dj and music production equipment. That will be heaven!

sorry, I know...kind of off topic but I couldn't help but comment when I saw your post!

Funny! I don´t really like fashion designer´s studios, they are allways a mess!!!!

Lots of pieces of cloth and clothes everywhere- hanging, on the floor, etc

OMG rockitgirl you sound just like me! I am fighting with my fiance over space b/c his dj/record equip takes up more room than my little studio space now. Glad someone else is battling this out, too! :p

I'm close to fainting. That showroom is amazing! It is virtually impossible to keep a neat workroom.
