The lace dress looks like the black version of the white H&M dress she wore the other day or week. I guess she like it so much that she picked it up in both colors.

I think someone mentioned the dress with the buttons up the back in a Zatra copy of the DVF that Kate wore (in LA and for Zara's Wedding). I'm guessing the balck lace reminds you of the navy Erdem Kate wore? It reminds me too! There are so many lace dresses in stores at the moment.
