Looks like the blue coat from a few pages back.

The eyeliner is awful, below the rim and combined with the bags (to be fair, that can't be helped much if she's tired), she has three lines below her eyes.

I like the coat and bag, but not the boots or jeans. I'm not a fan of the jeans at all, and the boots are far too casual - definitely more suited for the weekend and not paired the way they are.

Plus, I think she needs a scarf. But I always think that with collarless coats - you need a fur collar or scarf or something.

She does seem to have a pretty substantial collection. However, she has worn this one before. http://forums.thefashionspot.com/showpost.php?p=9847859&postcount=235 I prefer it with the leopard print scarf, but I do like the detailing on the jeans here. I think they're French Connection if they're the same ones she's worn in the past.
