Polaroids/Digitals

anastazja looks slightly like lily donaldson, but less interesting, and the facial expressions she's wearing give me the distinct impression that she's purposely widening her eyes.

If someone would have picked it up and wanted to market it I think they would hav announced it when Pola declared they would stop I think.... WE WANT THE POLAROID BACK!!!! lets start a campaign for the Pola!

Wait but do you know if I could also put in another brand of film in my Polaroid camera??

I know, I was so saddened by the news to end the production of Polaroids! But since you mentioned starting a campaign, I think there are so campaigns and petetions already, for bringing Polaroid's back. If you are a Facebook member, I can send you the link to the "Save The Polaroids" group I'm a member of. :flower:

I'm going to miss Polaroids, those of the pictures I usually like most of a model. Lovely and natural! ^_^

I like Anastazja a lot but there is something which I don't like with her polas...I don't know maybe her eyebrows?

Polaroid announced its going to stop producing its film in 2009.

How will the fashion industry deal with the loss of the polaroid?????? Especially backstage with which clothes which girls have to wear, willl the Pola be replaced by the digital picture?

it's also bad news for models. Polaroids do the face wonders, washing out flaws. Digital..not so much. Everything is picked up on a digital picture.

And I dont think anyone else will be able to market them if they have been patented, like I think they are. the polaroid company would need to sell the patent to another company, and I cant see that happening.

I read somewhere (sorry don't know where it was now, I think it was a pretty credible news source though) that Polaroid was willing/possibly going to sell their patent for the film to another company. But I think, if I understood right, it would be just the patent to produce the Polaroid film, not the actual Polaroid cameras.
