i dont know. supreme seems to have found a niche and are exploiting it to great success for themselves. if you see a supreme girl, you know they are supreme and the look they have is very in demand right now. it may not be your personal preference, but they know what they are doing

as for lais, if you look at other pictures in her profile, she is a cute girl. but they are definately pushing that "cory kennedy" look

Their success is directly correlated to their money. They could make anything popular. This is not some brilliant marketing scheme.
