I'm really happy there's a thread on Polish designers. My personal favourite are Bosia Baczynska and Dawid Wolinski - i think they really know how to create subtle, feminine and fresh clothes.
For those of you who would like to see more of Maciej Zien's collections, I recommend: http://www.zien.pl/ - it's both in English and Polish.

Hello...
Im 100% Polish, currently residing in Ohio and Im a starter in the fashion designing world, slowly, Im looking for a school too educate myself in the business of fashion. I was considering going to Poland and pursuing my studies there, since school is cheaper and instructors focus on you better. Well over here they do too, its just so expensive. I create my own clothes too, but I really would like to focus on Bridalwear and Eveningwear and some day open my own boutique here in the states.
My cousin has her own bridal, eveningwear in Rzeszow Poland, owning 3 beautiful stores, if any one would be looking to purchase a wedding dress in Poland, I recommened "IMPRESJA" www.impresja.itl.pl click on WEJSCIE and begin your tour of her latest designers...

You should just go to FIT in nyc..it's cheap as far as fashion schools go, and the teachers really kick your ***.
