crap, bought a perfect polo shirt - get back home and it's just a little too tight. will go back today and hope for a bigger size (x-ing fingers).

Which one did you end up picking up? Love to see photos!

I hope you don't mind... I snatched the KVA polo that Avantster suggested on here (thanks mate!). Seemed like it wasn't the one for you (or too big for you perhaps?) so I thought it was safe to pick up.

No, I couldn't do the twisting collar. The polo was by Collection Privee. If I get the bigger size, I'll post them.

faust - I think APC polos are not bad. They are simple and the material holds up pretty good. I like Junya's polos but maybe they are too sporty looking for your liking? I got those hand garment-dyed polyester ones and they are really good.

What about short sleeve shirt? Can it be the alternative for your hunt? is it because you don't want to do the ironing?

Well, I think I've got the winner. It's by Michiko Koshino (Japanese designer operating out of London), from her jeans line. It's deep purple, overdied, with sky blue trim on the collar and sleeves, double row of buttons, twisted seams, and cotton that feels like wearing a little cloud B)

It reminded me of those Junya x Lacoste polos, only at 1/18th of the price... I'll post pix later, promise.
