^those are beautiful, thanks:flower:

I love these, they're from http://www.voimauttavavalokuva.net/english.html , the idea behind these is just so wonderfull, here's a little explanation from the site:

The Loveliest Girl in the World is a cooperative photography project by a photographer, art and social educator Miina Savolainen and ten girls from a Home. It has continued for seven years. The project is based on the idea of “empowerment” and the belief that everyone has the right to feel unique and special. Young people who have grown up in a Children’s Home have always had difficult experiences of rejection in their childhood. Although their parents’ problems are the reason why children are taken into care; children may feel responsible for events and may think that they are ‘bad children’. While working in a Children’s Home in 1998, Miina Savolainen began photographing the girls in order to show them how special they are.

The basis for these portraits has been the collaboration with the young person. The visual worlds have been planned together and the pictures have been shot the way the girls would like to be seen. The photo-shoots were organised by the girls and Miina Savolainen together. The girls decided the location for the shooting as well as the season, the type of daylight and about the clothes they would wear. These photographic trips often took months to plan and organise, but once the girls got to pose for the camera deep in a blossoming forest or in a blinding snowstorm they got to experience themselves a bit more special than their everyday selves. During years the photographing has become an intimate and profound way to interact with the girls. This exceptional long-term relationship can be seen in the special kind of openness and intimacy in the directional content of the photographs.
