Looks good and nice to see the F/W campaigns rolling in. I will never complain about a class Meisel studio shot, but I c'mon it should've been Sacha here (blames Karl...) !
It baffles me that the only magazine booking him nowadays is British Vogue - and even that happens only once a year, twice if we are lucky. Who else could make such a simple studio photoshoot so effortlessly captivating and beautiful? Brilliant campaign, as expected.
And he's still got such an excellent eye for new models! I've never heard of Alyda before but she's stunning in both images, the close-up is stellar! Also great to see the old favourite Lexi again, as well as Achenrin who looks magnificent. Now we wait for Zara
The collection might have been a mess of references taken from other designers but Templer just knows what it takes to produce a successful campaign. It's just so elegant, a rarity in today's panorama.
As per usual, Steven is involved and this is fabulous, nothing new. I will never get tired of him, ever. Not a single living or passed photographer compares to his genius.
I have no idea who these models are except for Lexi but they all look stunning.
A classic Meisel studio shoot is always a good idea. It just never fails.
Just like every other advertising campaign Steven Meisel has produced for Ports 1961, this is an absolute dream. I'm always one for Meisel's crisp black and white studio shoots and this is no exception. Those portraits of Achenrin Madit and Alyda Grace are flawless!
LOVE this campaign, everything looks so regal, so high fashion and you can smell luxury: beautiful!!! Angles, strong poses, powerful eye contact, fierce models = Steven Meisel magic.
