Prada Patent-mania

I tried almost all styles and here is my input

Pumps run smaller. I wear 9.5 in Pradas but needed a 40.5 and fit was snug. Sandals run 1/2 size smaller.

Slingbacks with the side button did not fit me and my friend well. SA at Neiman's said we were not the only ones who said the sides tend to open (I know weird) as you walk and do not fit that well.

I saw the hot pink/black trim at NM downtown if anyone's interested in ordering. I heard not many store purchased them. Saks has the black with hot pink trim which I ended up buying. For wider feet, the 3rd band is very snug but my SA ended up stretching them for me for an hour and they were fine.

Prada Chicago has more wedges than anything else which surprised me. At press time they did not get any sling backs or pumps. They showed me what their buyers got and I must say that I was appalled at the choices. They said they would not get the snake patents.

Saks downtown has almost all styles but in neutral/nude tones if anyone is interested in ordering from them. They have almost all sizes my SA told me.

I these. the criss cross strap ones and the ones with the 3 strips in the front are my favorites.

I've never seen those black/white platform ones in your second post. Are they avalible anywhere?

Yes, I love the 3-band sandals and I got them in black with pink trim. Now, I am thinking maybe I should have nought them in hot pink with black trim what do you think?

Yes, I saw them at Neiman Marcus on Michigan Ave in nude, I believe. Other Neimans must have them in different colors. I love color (check some of my shoes out at "post your shoes" and I am not afraid of pink. When I saw them in person they looked too much but now they seem to be growing on me

This just makes me realize again how bad Prada for fall really was Many of these are gorgeous. I particularly like all the ones that button, and the ones that criss-cross in the front ...

I love the pink boots, all three pink shoes/sandals, the black w/ white trimmed sandals and the white ankle strap sandal.....they're all soooo cute, but not in an obnoxiously girly way.

surprising- i hate pink usually. but the shape is so modern and kind of (ahaha) bitchy- that the pink isnt girly, it just works!

they are gorgeous in person...
i really like the white/red wedges in the first post...
