she is looking so different than before her surgery and also some kind of botoxed or otherwise enhanced in the face! so different to the laetizia on old pics and not because she got older but because of how she un-naturally changed! i liked her more before - now she seems to be a worse copy of rania face-wise imo and less 'special' although still pretty

Unhapilly her face can't move anymore. She totally lost her "old" features, she seems a barbie doll.
It's ridiculous in what she became.
