^^i find the cartier pen to be quite reasonable... cartier is after all a jewelry house, no?

(the karl cake is too pointless... i saw it either on style.com or coolhunter.net and then forgot to post it here  :ninja:

the :santa: Karl Lagerfeld Holiday Log?

*please do not quote pictures*

"Karl Lagerfeld has designed a limited edition Holiday Log with the Parisian baker Lenôtre. The Holiday Log is a traditional French dessert eaten during the holiday season and represents a log from a fireplace. The Karl Lagerfeld holiday log comes in a mirrored box and a axe made of caramelized sugar. The actual log is made of gingerbread with almonds and hazelnuts filled with a compote of sweet orange and apricot and a chocolate coulis. The cake will only be available by order from Lenôtre during the holiday season."

doubt he even tasted it :innocent:

That Dolce & Gabbana restaurant looks very extravagant! I wonder if the food lives up to the appearance!

Where is it located?

the quality of the food wasnt exceptional, but the gold&chocolate dessert was very very good (i didnt know you could actually eat gold)

good wine selection!

^you can eat gold!?

a bit OT: what does it taste like?

the restaurant itself looks quite nice imo

yes you can eat gold :flower: serendipity's in new york city has a sundae with gold that sells for some ridiculous price. i can't remember the price exactly but it was def over 300 dollars.
