Daniel Craig strolled hand-in-hand with The Mummy actress Rachel Weisz on a romantic Christmas getaway.
The pair left a cosy rural love-nest where they had been holed up - and were spotted by villagers acting like "love-struck teens".
Daniel, 42, and Rachel, 40, have previously denied that they are a couple - but spent days together at a £1,000-a-week cottage near Yeovil in Somerset.
And 007 Daniel snuggled with Rachel in front of a roaring fire as they enjoyed a Christmas Eve drink in a local boozer.
They also laughed together on their snowy walk to the pub.
An onlooker at the bar said: "They were clinging to each other like honeymooners. The chemistry was obvious."
Another said: "They behaved like love-struck teens - playing the fool and messing around. They were inseparable."
Daniel and Rachel have just completed a thriller together, Dream House, due to be released next year. They star as a husband and wife.
Yesterday pals said Londoner Rachel was "head over heels" in love with Daniel.
Just last month the two denied reports that they had fallen for each other on set.
But rumours intensified after Rachel announced last month that she had split from her US director husband Darren Aronofsky, 41, after nine years. They have a four-year-old son, Henry.
Daniel - who has an eight-year-old daughter Ella with his ex-wife Fiona Loudon - got engaged to film producer Satsuki Mitchell, 40, two years ago.
Reports have suggested the relationship is over, but Daniel has never confirmed or denied them.
