Never been an admirer of Ralph Lauren.

i'm just wondering why ralph lauren has been consistently two to three seasons behind on trends...we've been through this thirties-inspired zelda fitzgerald look...it may be glamorous but it's still so over.

surprisingly good...reminded me of ginger rogers...the dresses are so fluid and the feathers...ginger rogers always had feathers...i live the silver metallic sandals which look like dance shoes...

i am pleasantly surprised...

Very pretty, could've used a bit more color and a bit less frou frou but the simple satin dresses were beautiful......all in all it made me think of Jordan almonds.

I liked this collection. I've become bored with the sweet, Doris Day looks that have been everywhere this season, and this collection is more sophisticated in contrast. Very nice.

That's a good point, the sweet and pretty thing has been everywhere, but I think Ralph pulled off making it look more womanly than girly.

I wish he hadn't taken ideas from like five other people though. Those criss cross backs make me think of those dresses you can get at neiman's for 400. And the chanel-esque bottoms. And those hats/cloches (can't really tell) make me think of that one that j.lo wore to the nick awards or whatever. blah.
