It says it's Raquel on fashioniconography.net.Anyway I'm not sure since I don't have this issue anymore.When it comes to Vogue Hellas I just scan the cover and some eds and then throw them away as I think they're just waste of space.

It's definately not Raquel. I saw that listed as Raquel on Fashion Iconograph as well, but they were mistaken. It's just some unknown model.
