Precisely, if he was snobby, he would have been more cautious about the way he moved. It’s not a crime to love black men, it’s not a crime to live a free life. However a lot of people have expressed their discomfort on the way Riccardo has been around black people/black circles for years. And again, it’s not a crime but it should have been an alarm for him and people around him to maybe have a more reduced circle.

In Europe you can not keep footage for months or years. After a while you have to destroy it, by law.
Maybe in the USA is different.

One question: this type of really delicate issues... shouldn't be made public once the investigation has come to a conclusion and the judge has given a sentence?

You can’t believe everything you read in the news. People are mean. There’s nothing a rich person can’t get, he has zero need to do that.

I will never believe this kind of news unless a court, with very clear proofs, says it happened and there’s lot of evidence of that. If not, I’m sorry I must be one of the rare cases these days to believe in the presumption of innocence.😇

I don't like the way this conversation is going 😓 I just wish this was kept between the parties and their circles of people at least. I don't want to make this about me but when I was in undergrad there was a female prof in my department that took advantage of male students and in turn threatened them with blackmail. I knew a victim first hand and the amount of people who came out in support of her or scoffed at the accusations really took a toll on him.
