luckyme and Inaya - thanks for posting the s/s shoes! I love the boots (#739) and the wedges. Has anyone tried the wedges? When I went to the RO boutique a few months ago the SAs were all wearing them and raving about how comfy they are.

the jacket's super cool!

i'm super happy with my outerwear pieces, but i've had major quality problems with knitwear and pants. i buy new rick owens stuff rarely, but treat myself with couple pieces from the mainline every season. in my opinion it's totally unacceptable, if a pair of trousers worth around $800 falls apart just after a few weeks: rivets on the drawsting waistband pop out and stitching on the leather patches unravels...has anyone else had similar problems?

Mona13: I tried the all-leather zip up wedges and they are indeed super comfy. I didn't walk around in them, but the SA at Antonioli in milan had the clog version on and she said she gladly wears them all day long! I would recommend sizing down a size or even 1.5 sizes because they are running big.

My SA said she received the jacket in bronze and black, and that this is her favorite in the collection. I haven't had the chance to stop by to see it in person, but she described it as perfect combination of blazer/jacket.
I'm excited to see it! How was the bronze/gold? I'm partial to black, but gold might be fun!

I tried on the wrap/tie jacket, but didn't love it on me I'm going to wait for another style.
Barneys has it in black and bronze (much darker than the gold leyla posted) if anyone is interested. They have both colors in sizes 40 and 42.
The style seems to run on the smallish size.

educo and lmelanie - the NYC boutique went to sale in November (40%), but I don't think any jackets went on sale. If your looking for other pieces, I would go there ASAP. The sale might be even more now. GL
