Sean Penn calls off divorce from wife Robin Wright Penn for SECOND time

It appears the divorce between Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn is off again... for now.
The Oscar-winning actor initially filed for divorce from his wife last month - the second time he had done so in 16 months.
But it appears he has changed his mind again and filed a request on Tuesday in a Los Angeles court to dismiss his legal separation application.

The famously temperamental actor told the New York Daily News: 'It was an arrogant mistake.'
The 48-year-old's change of heart comes as his wife of 13 years is acting as a juror at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
Appearing on red carpet of the amfAR Cinema Against AIDS 2009 benefit on the French Riviera last night, Robin beamed with happiness.
In the Milk star's application for legal separation, which was filed last month, he listed their separation date at April 23.

Forrest Gump star Robin, 43, was given 30 days to respond to his petition, but declined to do so.
In the application, he requested joint custody of their two children, daughter Dylan, 18, and son Hopper, 15 and to deny Robin spousal support.

A friend of the couple told the New York Daily News they regularly argue: 'They love each other like crazy but they fight like crazy.
'They may have gotten into a fight where she said she wanted a divorce and he filed just to beat her to the punch, even though he doesn't want a divorce.
'That doesn't mean they're suddenly happy and in love. It's anyone's guess where this is going.'
Rumours of new troubles surfaced in February after Sean failed to mention his wife when accepting the Best Actor Oscar for Milk.
Last week, actress Natalie Portman denied reports linking her to Sean.
She said: 'Sean Penn is a friend and colleague. The reports that we are romantically involved are completely untrue.
'I normally do not respond to rumours about my private life, however, this repeatedly fabricated story has forced me to do so.'
Sean originally filed for divorce in December 2007 but was reconciled with Robin after four months.
During their time apart, Sean attended the 2008 Oscars with Czech supermodel Petra Nemcova.
Sean and Robin started dating in the early 1990s, after the actor's high-profile divorce from Madonna.
