The image is giving me a strong deja vu. Why do I feel that I have seen it before? Has it really been published before?
This just feels so boring coming from Miley at this point.
Miley has been trying to get attention ever since America freaked out about her bare back in Vanity Fair.
This new faux riot grrrl schtick is just one of the many iterations we've seen before and will be left behind as soon as nobody is looking anymore. Just like her earth-loving flowerchild phase before this. Look at Madonna, she made a career out of it.
I do like her makeup though. It's superb!
Cringe worthy. NEXT!
She should have gone 70s glam imo, Debbie Harry and all that...
Because it looks like something Terry Richardson would’ve done years ago.
Definitely, yes. But when I first saw it, I actually thought it was a reprint.
And this also feels very Miley Cyrus circa 2013 via Wrecking Ball! So much for the “going back to my roots” moment she had between this one and the other obnoxious one...I still love her though, super talented
I've been bored for years. I loved the Wrecking Ball era, but she never got over it.
Rihanna may have a sh*t ton of covers, but at least she puts effort to reinvent herself or the concept she takes part in. You can't say the same for Miley and all the other celebs out there... Beyonce included.
Stop giving her attention

Expected something new from her but she is photogenic and is rocking that mULLET
