^Oh, I thought the lip, brow and nose piercings were real...
I think the traditional nose ring was real but the septum piercing wasn't.

nypostMara also got her lip, brow and nose pierced in addition to numerous holes in her ear, she revealed at last night's London premiere of the David Fincher film. She says that, bizarrely, the ears were the most painful.
"I didn’t even have pierced ears. They put four holes in each ear, and, weirdly, that hurt the most," Mara told the Daily Mail.
^I think just the nipple, clitoris (I'm assuming), and maybe nose piercings were real.
The rest were fake.
Stylist, fashion editor and fashion assistant. He worked with Mara in previous weeks at her promo-tour with Girl with the dragon tattooWho is Ryan Hastings...anyone ever heard of him?
Still, I can’t remember another couture season that inspired so many thoughts about what the current crop of nominees might wear to the Oscars. Obviously, Rooney Mara has had something to do with that, because Ms. Mara, with her boyish frame and severe haircut, is something of an editor’s dream. A lot of people at the shows were immediately thinking that a Givenchy dress, with its punk and Deco overtones, would be perfect for her. I agree, but I wonder if that’s a bit of type-casting. Because of her black hair, I can also see her in one of Chanel’s blue-beaded halter dresses with pleated silk sleeves. The samples I’m referring to are Nos. 47, 49 and 51. The look is tough but, as well, there is an underlying sophistication.
This is a new photoshoot, don't know where it is from:
