That's actually kinda of a new "trend" spreading in Hollywood. Many actresses like Carey Mulligan or Michelle Williams if I'm right, sometines don't wear any jewelry. But it's true that Rooney is pushing the minimalism and pureness of her looks like no one.

Actually, I can't figure out if she's really really tiny or not. In some pictures she looks tall and in others (like when she's with Fincher), she looks so small!

Yeah,she said she got them pierced when she was about twelve but she let them close up.I'm not sure when.

I wonder if her style will change after TGWTDT promo since it's obvious that her style changed to fit the atmosphere of the movie. Or maybe she has finally found her own style now. I don't know.
