Rooney Mara

What a stunning dress. Please wear it, Rooney! Stuff colour! Black was made for her.

Her appearance at Calvin Klein makes me think she might wear a custom CK dress. Nothing in their current collection seems formal enough for the Oscars.

I think whenever Calvin Klein makes an appearance at a major award show, it ends up being a custom made dress, anyway (see Emma Stone, Claire Danes, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lawrence last year).

They indeed usually make custom dress but it always ends up being boring. That's why really that Rooney decides to wear one since she attended the show.

I love a lot of the custom CK dresses. They are simple yet striking. The more I think about it CK is right up Rooney's alley. I could totally see her in something similar to what Diane Kruger is wearing.

well although I am team black almost always i really would love to see her in colour.

On the other hand Bottega dress is amazing.

On the other other hand CK custom dresses are just right - they are so simple that simplier is impossible, but always right. Plus somehow i love when girl wears all build up dresses - long sleeves, long skirt, but maybe with some split, bare back.
It is refreshing next to those which decide to dress "look at my boobs, dude" dress.

the details on the back of her dress are more beautiful than the front, I hope we get a back picture.

I could never tired of her structured looks. Best dressed by far!

The design of the dress is perfect for her. I love how she always manages to be sexy even when she's wearing very elegant and demure dresses. And that make-up    Definitely in my top 5 of the evening.

Love the back of the dress! The fabric is very pretty too.

Someone please teach the Mara sisters to stop slouching their shoulders -- pull them back, ladies ... pull them back!

...I'm underwhelmed. Still one of the best dressed of the night, but I'm not crazy about the fabric of the dress and the way that it hung and bunched through the bodice.
