Curious to know everyones opinion on the rubber handbags like the one below. They seem to be the popular accessory for spring and are popping up everywhere. I think I really want one!
Let me know what you guys think.

Those are Jelly Kellys right? I'm not too thrilled with them myself, but I can see how they would be popular.

Are those what they are called..... Jelly Kellys? I have no idea. Also, PURPLE, are you really 84!? Sorry to be so personal, but I just took a look at your website and now I'm curious! LOL. ;)

PURPLE: Haha thats okay, but I feel gullible now!! Hehe. I've decided on getting a Jelly, but a very unique one I saw this weekend. Will post mine when I get it! Bye!

Neoprene and perspex are way cooler...although they're awful to work with...

and these too

but I think I like that shade of pink on the Arden B one better...

I JUST GOT MY JELLY TODAY, IN PINK!!!!!!! LOL, I haven't been this excited since the time I got a FURBY! LOL I may return for a blue one but I haven't decided. It smells HORRID! LOL I hope the plastic smell goes away and it doesnt make the rest of my stuff smell like that. I will try and post a pic tonight, mine has a bow on it and I can't decide if I like that idea or not...it is definitely more unique than the others I've seen with the clasps/locks. WILL POST SOON! ;)

woo i like the bright pink one! that is HHAT!

I think it would be fun for spring/summer casual wear. Besides the smell (do let us know how that works out) it seems that because they are translucent, they might look a bit messy with one's stuff inside. Do you know what I mean?

I have a pink one at it's not messy looking if you don't have stuff all jammed in (trash really). I can stuff books in it and you can't see. The smell's gone away rather quickly and it's actually quite roomy and perfect for school, shopping. Hey- it works until I'm in college and can get (crosses fingers) a Birkin from my parents... it just depends on how the season goes (my dad's in aquacultural industries and owns some boats) as to how high up we can go. I'd totally recommend them to anyone :D my twin sis has one in blue as well.

I wouldn't pay more than like around 25 USD for one of them (congrats to Sasha hehe)... they seem like just a passing thing. They're pretty cute, but I'd be concerned about the durability...

Thanks for the update! :flower:

I really actually like them. :D I think I may get a large one for books and a mini one for a purse. Of course, not to be worn at the same time!! :\

I really love mine~ It was 80~ A friend of mine said her mom just got a Prada one (I would not shell out the money for that!) It's really durable and I'd recommend matt&nat for them. One girl I know uses hers to carry her dog (hey- it's easy to clean!) :woot:

They actually frighten me quite a bit. Have you seen Kate Spade's rubber version.
Picture the classic sam bag.. only made out of the stuff you make dodgeballs out of.
you could bounce your bag all the way home.

I almost bought one about a week ago, but figured they were way too trendy for me. I mean, when Target and Wal-Mart are selling them I know it's not what I want to have on my shoulder. :)
