they have similar coloring but they DON'T have similar features, kate's are large and defined, ruby's are thin and delicate

I think they're more similar in motion than in pictures. Their expressions and movements are quite similar. In that interview with the two of them that was recently posted I honestly couldn't tell who is who at first and I've been a fan of Ruby for years.
