xaketh I really like that you've put her in a setting, and what a perfect setting it is, a deer in the forest. Your drawing has a really majestic feel to it, but it's still very soft, which is lovely.

the jarc Beautiful details! I'm amazed at how much you pay attention to the details in the dress. It gives a really good sense of the dress, what it's made of and so on. And I'm vey impressed with your lines.

jellslove It's a shame we didn't get to see the finished product, but your wip is cool too. I like the expression in her face, it's a bit vacant and perhaps a bit like a deer stuck in headlights. I also enjoy the amount of detail you've put in the skirt aswell, we can see exactly how the fabric is laid out.

And finally, the winner is...

xaketh!
Congratulations

Thank you every one. And thank you for the comments.

It was really neat to see the varied expressions of the same dress. And the variation of technique pertaining to the details of what to show, how to show, and what to do with it.

I will pick a new outfit soon so stay tuned.

Ill give everyone 2 weeks. To make sure you can squeeze through the holidays.

Congratulations Xaketh! Gorgeous illustration. I'm really going to try to complete this one. It's such a busy few months.

These are so beautiful! Gorgeous dreamy texture Sophia. Amazing structural line work Fixation. I love the splash of color!

Wow, really great entries!

Things have been a little out of sorts with time. So... I will commence the judging this Sunday.

Oh, and thank you so very much for your comments.

Fallie: Very nice intensity. Nice use of flat colors to create gradients. The lack of shadow is somehow creepy.

Fixation: Really nice line work. I like the anatomy flourishes like the nails and the spread out legs of her wide hips.

Sophie: Really fun water work. The color bleeding makes the garment flow with an otherworldly vibe. The halo is a nice touch that brings the focus off her elongated legs, and to her upper torso.

And the winner is... Sophie!

Thank you everyone for the entries. As always It is so very hard to pick just one.

Here's my drawing ( it was kinda boring to draw it, everything was so black and dark , :D )
