I agree with FashionPower! VILE! Sabato hates storytelling yet Gucci trains their salespeople to do so at least twice a month. That is a huge disconnect between Sabato and Gucci and their culture when he arrogantly said he hates storytelling. Gucci was once setting the trend and was actually rich in storytelling and historical cues underneath the maximalism during Alessandro’s tenure. I’d be grasping at straws trying to tell you a story of what makes that shirt so unique, what inspired Sabato to create it, and how you’d need it in your closet for that price.

What is the story behind this look and for how much? Sure, Alessandro made some out-there looks too but they were creative at least. With the current Gucci, it’s almost as if Sabato just took inspiration from a particular Sacha Baron Cohen film. I’d elevate the vile comment to repulsive!
