^ Agree, the location shots are stunning. If the studio shots were in colour (lol) I think this could've worked better.

Compared to the Gucci campaign this just looks like trash. Dirty, stinky, wet, trash....

I actually really like a good 50% of the images, mostly the ones shot in that location. Some of the lighting -- like in the shot of her reclined on that leather chair or the closeup of her angling her neck away from the camera -- is absolutely gorgeous. It may have been a lucky accident, or it may have been that Hedi does have skills as a photographer (limited though they may be), but honestly it doesn't matter to me when the results are that striking.

Not too bad, reminds me of some of the 70's YSL ads. The makeup is pretty bad, though.

I just wish they'd take a more modern approach, everything always feels so vintage. I'm crazy about the James Dean shot though.

How about a effing trigger warning accompanying the womenswear campaign.

Can't he find real models? The campaigns with Sasha or Freja actually looked like something.

Ever since they changed the name of this label I swear it's just gone downhill, I really don't like this new direction. It's so dark and morbid with little creativity.

Thanks for the shots, MulletProof. Surprisingly, it looks like a very low-key and small team. Did you knew these would be for the campaign at the time?

no! a friend lives in that same block so I just snapped to text him 'your block, so hot right now' (zoolander ref?). I figured it was for a local publication judging by the small team but also the 2005 styling and the team's style too (and height? haha). I don't like Hedi but I now actually think it's kind of cool that he works in such a natural, quiet way.. that street was completely empty, save for me who even stood next to them cause that's a bus stop.. and they did look and noticed I took pics but carried on and seemed pretty chill in general. Maybe that's what was unusual and so not local.. you pass by local productions and they look at you like 'UGH, look away! and we MAY need that bit of sidewalk too' (and it's like for malibu magazine ).
