Thanks for the pics  He's very good looking and I like that he's tall too.

They photoshopped him so much that he looks like a cartoon character in some of the pictures, very odd... and to me a big mistake, as he loses his rugged appeal.

I agree with this.

I love the desert boots in the fourth picture.

He is gorgeous. Love the VOGUE spread. Totally agree that his outstanding performance in Control was largely, and sadly, overlooked. I hope either of his new films bring him the recognition he deserves. Brighton Rock looks dramatic, and On the Road should be a blast. Hope so!

me too. the spread with Natalia is really nice, he totally fits that 60's aesthetic

I wasn't planning to get the American September issue but, after seeing that spread featuring THAT MAN i'm so buying it.

I love this guy. One minute he's in a band no one has ever heard of, then he's playing Ian Curtis in a breathtaking performance... He deserves all the success that comes with On The Road (he's received great reviews from what I've seen where the film itself hasn't been so lucky) plus he's so darned stylish.

EXCLUSIVE: Sam Riley has joined the cast of the World War II drama. Suite Française also features Michelle Williams, Matthias Schoenaerts and Kristin Scott Thomas with Saul Dibb directing. Riley will play the role of French soldier Benoit in the film based on Irene Nemirovsky’s novel about a young woman in Nazi-occupied France who ends up falling in love with a German officer. Dibb adapted the story with Matt Charman. The Weinstein Company, TF1 DA and eOne have partnered on the project with TWC handling U.S. rights, along with distribution rights in Latin America, Australia, Russia and Germany. Suite Française is scheduled to start shooting in Belgium and Paris later this summer. Riley, who played Joy Division singer Ian Curtis in 2007’s Control, was most recently was seen in Walter Salles-directed On The Road. He will also be starring alongside Angelina Jolie in the upcoming Maleficent as well as in Neil Jordan’s Byzantium. Riley is repped by WME, having signed with them in April.
