An Education: The doe-eyed dancer turned Broadway musical star landed her first-ever movie role with the 2011 drama Detachment, where she played a teenage prostitute opposite Academy Award winner Adrien Brody. "I had no film experience, so working with him was like going to the Adrien Brody school of acting," Sami says. "I absorbed everything I could, and he continues to be a huge mentor for me." Look out for her in the upcoming movies Vampire Academy: Blood Sisters and Hateship Loveship (alongside our cover girl, Hailee Steinfeld) or on the hit CBS series Blue Bloods.
