Honestly though, if she did have a little something done it's barely noticeable. Her nose looks entirely her own.

The pictures not only are from different ages, have different lighting and make-up, but they are also of different facial expression and at a slightly different angle. Look at her cheeks. In one they are relaxed, in the other they are pulling her lips into a smile.

Look in the mirror with a relaxed face, and then smile. Now tell me the shapes of your features didn't change or stretch in any way.

I also don't believe it. In both sets of examples, if you were to overlay the noses onto one another, say, in Photoshop, you'd see that the shape is pretty identical ... however, the lighting in each image is very different. Some of the more diffused light eliminates shadows and countours, making her nose seem broader and flatter, while in others, strong lighting (paparazzi flashes on the red carpet?) enhances the bridge of hte nose and illuminates the tip, making it seem more defined and narrower. But the basic shape has not changed at all.

I don't really care about Scarlett. She was awesome in Lost In Translation haven't followed her since.

It could be a number of things, but I don't think it was plastic surgery. The lighting, makeup, angle of the picture....or maybe she grew into her features more. She's so much younger in all the before pictures we're seeing.

Her nose looks the same on its own - it just changed according to the rest of her face. I know plenty of people that had big noses or ears as children but "grew into them."

Not like I have an issue with plastic surgery, just saying I dont think she had any.

My nose has also changed, it's prettier now that it used to be when I was a very skinny teenager .

Makeup cannot do that. The use of light / flash in the images of her shows the actual outline of the bone and cartlidge in the nose - if she'd have tried to "slim" her nose by way of cosmetics, you'd be able to see changes in colour because that's all that achieves - optical illusion - but not of actual shape.

She either had surgery, or it was photoshopped or it somehow changed over time. Personally I think it's too drastic a change to be natural, but whatever the case, I think she is overreacting enormously.

She is so vulgar looking either ways.
I just saw the Nannies Diaries, and she was god-awful in it, the most contrived acting I have ever seen (and I've seen Starship Troopers).
Which is weird because she did half decent jobs in Match Point and LIT.
Oh well, she really is just a more talented version of Jessica Alba to me.

here's an example of a makeup artist using contouring to make scarlett's nose looks smaller.
if you click on the image you can clearly see two distinct lines on the bulbous part of her nose.

so what does this mean? i think this means that scarlett well in fact did have minor surgury to tweak them.

I think it's just the process of growing up. I'm probably wrong but that's what it looks like. If she did have a nose job, I really have no idea why.

Oh my gosh, are we really taking pictures of Scarlett when she looks all of 14 to compare to her now in her 20s to figure out whether she got some surgery done?

As to previous comments, I like her but I'm getting kinda tired of her boobs too. I think she's a good actress who's made consistently bad film role choices post her Lost in Translation/Girl with a Pearl Earring peak.

I saw Girl with a Pearl Earring and the talent eluded me She just seemed beautiful and petulant to me ... I do like that she's outspoken.

My nose has also changed significantly without plastic surgery. As far as I can recall it was a large blob when I was a teenager, and it is now considerably more defined
