Kate Moss and Karmen Pedaru front Salvatore Ferragamo’s fall campaign, delivering the collection’s rigorous, military style that is combined with softer romantic elements. Photographed by Mikael Jansson in the sumptuous Russian embassy in Berlin with its antique tapestries and ornate furniture, the images reflect creative director Massimiliano Giornetti’s Czarist Russian inspiration this season. Moss is seen lying on a gilded, green leather dormeuse, Pedaru is captured standing in front of an antique painting, while Sean O’Pry poses against “a geometrical play of mirrors and fabrics that recreate fairy tale palaces,” said the company, embodying a “refined and cosmopolitan man.” The ads will break in international media in September. -WWD
