Hi guys!

Years ago I was a l'oreal casting devotee, it gave my hair such a nice shine and colour...but the thing is, I abused it and my hair suffered greatly from it. Also, my scalp became really, really sensitive as a result (or maybe it was sensitive all along and using l'oreal casting was a terrible idea from the beggining).

Bottom line is: I want to colour my hair with a semi permanent product that's okay for a sensitive scalp and hair. I don't want anything drastic but I do want to lighten my hair a bit (the l'oreal casting did a good job at that, which is odd since they claim to be ammonium free :innocent:)

Any recommendations on semi-permanent hair colour that's any good for sensitive scalps??

Thank you!:flower:

I stopped dying my hair some years ago. natural hair is sometimes really plain, so i use shampoo for blonde or brunette hair (depends on my mood). you can add styling mousse for blonde/brunette, too.
recently I found Garnier "Summer hair"-spray, that lightings up your hair pretty nice.
those preoducts make the colour look natural, but it doesnt damages your hair.
you only have to know it wont make such a big different to real dying.

Alfaparf Color Wear - it made my hair more healthy, shiny & smooth. Seriously! I couldn't believe it. It gives a nice colour that lasts for a month or sth like that. It's really amazing, love it.

I also think henna color is okay:) You should try it. Also check out henna wax treatment, it is very good for you if you weant your hair to recover:) At first you may notice hair loss ( i didnt but some peopel do) but after some time, your hair get shiny!
