you are wellcome, I also remembered I had a website when you mentioned:wink:) which I have not updated for years and the scans there are not good, so maybe one day i will change that, but it takes at least one person like you to make me do that:wink:))

Does it look like she's had some work done? I barely recognized her when I saw the spread. Looks like she thinned out the tip of her nose and did something else that I cannot put my finger on... She's still one of my all-time favorites!

Alexandra Breckenridge's character on American Horror Story reminds me of Shalom a little bit...

she never had any work done, she has been looking the same all the time and i see no difference from her top days as a big model...and I am one of her biggest fans in the world. She just matured, but I do not see a huge difference...her nose has always been perfect! You can not compare the 20 year old Shalom with the woman she is now...and photographers always do horrible things to the images, so it is their fault if you can not recognize a model:wink:lol

I think the reason she looks unrecognizable in the Vogue spread is because of the horrid makeup. Even Amber looks bad and Amber almost NEVER looks bad.

Yuck ! This Vogue ed is a total disaster, they both look like... huh
the real deal for the photographer & stylist was probably to make 2 of the most beautiful women looking like old fake ugly dolls i guess, bravo ! big deal...

I guess i am the only who actually likes this editorial. I think both of them look great! And they can not look the same as they did in the early 90s, come on guys, it is 2012, not 1993!!!

I actually thought the editorial was very nice, too. I do think Amber could have looked better, but Shalom I thought looked awesome.

Yes I feel the same way, when I watched the first episodes of American Horror Story I thought it really was Shalom acting the maid. :D

Nah, the girls look fantastic, it's just that I don't like the make-up and am not a fan of Klein's photography ...

yes, the editorials of Shalom and Amber together by Meisel,Patrick Demarchelier or anyone else looked much better:wink:) S.Klein was good however with pairing Linda E. and Tyson Ballou for a W editorial.

I saw Shalom today in a cafe in Brooklyn! She seemed like she was really deep in conversation with her friend so I felt bad intruding but I probably looked at her every two minutes, which I think she noticed  Also I was with my mom and she said I would be intruding if I went up to ask for a picture or just to talk to her, but I really regret not saying anything. Anyways, she was even more beautiful in real life and definitely did not have work done. She looked really natural and healthy

It was also really funny since a picture of her is the background of my my phone atm :innocent: That's how my mom recognized who she was
