Not sure of the name but the Fendi Outlet in Orlando had something similar when I was there in January.
I picked up a bag in that same color that's called the Diavolo "Devil" Trapezio 8BR255. The size is 20" x 12" x 3.5". It's similar to the bag you're asking about, but it's more of a triangle shape. It was somewhere between $550-600 on clearance (didn't pay attention to the price, just signed the card slip - BAD HABIT!).
You might have some luck calling the outlet and explaining the tote to them (I'd post the number here but I don't know if it's allowed). I just got a call last week that they got in their S/S 2004 items so maybe it's either from that collection or if it's from F/W 2003 they may have it on clearance.
