Shopping : Principality of Andorra

I will be in Toulouse (France) in two weeks for business and I am considering to stay a bit longer (two days). I am considering going to the Principauty of Andorra, as it is not far away from Toulouse. I have often heard, andorra ist a no-tax shopping paradise where one can make bargain on watches, Designerclothing, Designerbags; Shoes...

I have also heard they have a small Hermès shop.

Does some of you have some experience with shopping in the Principauty of Andorra ? does it worth driving from Toulouse up there, and spend two days shopping ? Does the Hermès shop worth a visit ?
