Fashion week is ending today, you've walked for Chanel and Elie Saab.
How things are going in fashion week ?

S: I think we can compare this as a marathon. It was fashion week HC (3-4 days), and not really fashion week which is in september and february.

I: So, fashion week is longer ?

S: Yes, because during fashion week it begins in New York, some days in London, also in Milan and it ends in Paris. HC is only in Paris.

I: Oh, I didn't know that! So it's better to do HC ?

S: Oh yeah, totally, it's more prestigious.

I: Let's talk about your career. You started modeling very young when you were 13 and you've passed the contest "Elite Model Look" who before you, models like Gisèle, Cindy have all passed the contest. Is it a childhood dream ?

S: Well, I was in my little island in Martinique where I had a peaceful childhood. I haven't really think when the opportuny came to me, I thought why not ? And then everything happened so fast. 6 years later, yeah, it's a little dream for girls

I: Yeah. This job is also known to be a terrible job especially for the youngest girls.
Although, I'm sure you know Sara Ziff who did "Picture me". I saw it, and I thought it was cruel, I've hallucinated. It was almost bad. You began really soon, did you know that, experienced it ?

S: I haven't seen it, but yeah, modeling is cruel, but for me no maybe it was because I was in a good company: I had my family, the people I've worked with, my agency..

I: And, what about the other girls (models) ? There are all beautiful. Are they any competition ?

S: During fashion week, we are in backstage, there is not a few but many girls. And when we are together, well, for me, there is no competition, tension.. I think it's more like a "summer camp" because we are together during 1 month.

I: Modeling is ending early. What are you going to do after ?

S: I think, the world of fashion have a lot of opportunities. When I travel, I meet people and I'm not worry. 5-6 years earlier, if someone ask me what am I going to do, I would not know. But now, everything is fine, and I'm sure in 5 years I'll still be there

amazing at JPG and Eliee Saab. I love her pesonality! and the editorial is amazing, specially the last shot.
 
She looks so good with short, dark hair. I'd like to see her be less safe and go darker, even if she doesn't cut her hair short.

She reminds me a lot of Winona Ryder with dark hair.
