^ very good question cause i don't know the answer but seeing how Karl micromanages everything in Chanel (apart from the actual clothing labor itself) i'd like to think that this lucky casting deal isn't entirely coincidental and some influence has been exercised by the man himself on making this decision; and the fact that Mlle. Mouglalis has been a long time Lagerfeld muse, replacing her with just some random working top model ultimately doesn't fit, it would have to be someone Karl.. fancies? okey lol i'm already talking to myself, i'm just happy Sigrid's already been twice the quasi-face of Chanel

Wasn't there an interview, not to long ago, where she said she would like to do acting the future? I could seriously see her fitting in with the French cinema that I've seen, she has a really enigmatic quality that all the major female leads have.

Those Chanel jewellery pics look fantastic! I just wish Karl would give her the mainline Chanel campaign and be done with it.

He's finally weaned himself off Freja after goodness knows how many seasons. I just hope he gets over his Saskia phase as well.

Yes, now that you mention i remember an interview posted here (not a long time ago), where she said she wanted to pursue acting in the future, and there was something about her shy personality involved... i don't remember really well ahaha
Anyway i'd love to see her in some dramatic/passionate french movie, she has this really sensitive face.

a fake sigrid actually doing interviews? this is too funny, hahaha. the faker takes her faking business way too seriously

but neither modeling nor acting is about pretty faces, so i don't see any connection between the two (and quite a bit incompatibility actually). and as sigrid grows as a model, i only see sigrid deviate farther and farther from the course of getting into acting. so i think she should stay away from acting (and from america, a place where so many "supermodels" ventured stupidly into acting with disastrous results)
